Can I change a reservation?
Yes - This can only be completed more than 24 hours before the first trip you reserved is scheduled to depart. A US$1 fee (50¢ change fee and 50¢ new reservation fee) is charged for all reservations being changed. The cost of the initial reservation will be credited against the subsequent reservation. If the subsequent reservation is less expensive than the initial reservation, no payment or further credit will be made to you and all unused credit will be forfeited. If the initial amount paid is less than the cost of the subsequent reservation you must pay the difference when completing your new reservation.
What is my reservation number?
This is the number provided for travel. It includes both your date and time of travel and can be obtained from the reservation confirmation email provided when the reservation was originally made.
What is the authorization code?
This is a security code. In order to ensure that customers can only change their own reservation we will issue an authorization code by email when a reservation change is requested.
What will it cost to change a reservation?
A US$1 fee is charged, this consists of a 50¢ change fee and a 50¢ new reservation fee.
Will I have to pay anything additional for my reservation?
If the new reservation is more expensive than the cost of the original (less the US$1 fee) then the balance will be requested when the reservation change is completed.
Will I be credited if my new reservation if less expensive than the original?
No - should the subsequent reservation be less expensive than the initial reservation, no payment or further credit will be made to the customer and all unused credit will be forfeited.
